The pack assembly line turns graded 21700 LFP cells into the welded, stacked and harnessed modules behind our 51.2V rack shelves and server BBU hardware — with a semi-finished electrical gate before anything reaches formation and aging.

Weld quality first
A weld you can pull-check is a weld you can ship.
Every busbar joint on a VoltBridge module is a laser weld with locked parameters — power and duration are program-controlled per module type, and joint strength is verified by destructive pull checks on sampled batches.
- Matched cell groups enter welding, so capacity spread inside a module stays inside spec.
- Nickel-plated busbars welded without mechanical stress on cell terminals.
- Modules stacked under compression plates, harnesses routed and strain-relieved.
- BMS boards mated and fastened before the semi-finished test gate.
Process
Four stages from cell lot to tested module.
Cell sorting
Incoming 21700 LFP cells are capacity- and resistance-graded into matched groups; outliers never reach welding.
Laser welding
Busbars are welded with program-locked parameters; sampled joints go through destructive pull checks.
Module assembly
Cells are stacked under compression, harnesses routed and strain-relieved, and the BMS board is mated and fastened.
Semi-finished test
Electrical checks on the assembled module — polarity, insulation and voltage hold — before it moves to formation and aging.
