One roof from bare board to boxed BBU.
Electronics and electromechanics under a single QC system — the reason our bridge timing, thermal behavior and traceability stay consistent batch after batch.

The brain gets its own line.
Every BMS board is assembled in-house: fine-pitch placement, reflow with profiling per batch, AOI inspection, and conformal coating for condensing environments.
- Placement down to 01005 passives for dense sampling circuits
- AOI on every panel, not sampling
- Conformal coating option for humid or coastal sites
Four gates before a unit earns a label.
SMT & board test
BMS boards built, inspected and function-tested before they ever meet a cell.
Laser-welded PACK
Cells sorted, then tab-welded by laser with weld-parameter logging per module.
Formation & aging
Every pack cycled on monitored racks; capacity and impedance recorded to its serial.
EOL & OQC
Final bridge-time, insulation and telemetry checks; outgoing QC samples each lot.

We age every pack. No exceptions.
Cycle testing doubles as a burn-in: units that drift on capacity, self-discharge or temperature behavior never reach packing. Serial-numbered records back the 5-year warranty.
- Monitored cycling with per-serial capacity records
- Thermal chambers for hot/cold lot screening
- Pre-compliance bench: altitude, thermal, vibration, shock, short-circuit checks in-house
The machines behind the margin.
SMT line
Fine-pitch placement, reflow profiling, AOI, conformal coating cell.
Laser welding
Galvo-scanner tab welding with parameter logs archived per module.
Formation racks
Monitored cycle benches sized for shelf-level packs, per-serial data retention.
Pre-compliance bench
UN 38.3-style T.1–T.8 checks in-house; formal certification via accredited labs.
