RFQ

Send rack architecture, load profile and bridge-time target. Engineering replies with a feasibility read within 48 hours.

Spec

Alignment on voltage, capacity, enclosure, protocol and compliance targets, closed out as a drawing-based specification.

Sample

Engineering samples built on the production line, shipping with test data from the same QC chain as mass production.

Validation

You run integration and field-simulation tests; we iterate on BMS settings and mechanics until the numbers hold.

Pilot

A pilot batch proves packaging, document pack and Class 9 logistics before any volume commitment.

A UPS is a centralized AC system sitting between the grid and your facility power chain. A BBU is distributed DC backup mounted at rack or node level: it bridges the bus in under a millisecond and carries the load until generators or the UPS pick up. There is no AC conversion stage in the bridge path, and coverage follows the rack instead of the room.
A 51.2V nominal battery is sixteen 3.2V LFP cells in series (16S). Its charge window lands inside the -48V DC interface defined by ETSI EN 300 132-2 (-40.5 to -57.0 VDC), so VB-5125 connects to standard -48V boards without converters. 48V and 51.2V describe the same bus from different ends.
VB-5125 supports up to 15 units in parallel on one bus, managed over CAN. Parallel groups are set in the BMS configuration before delivery, so site commissioning is configuration work rather than engineering work.
VB-E3 bridges the server bus in under 1 ms — fast enough that nodes ride through the transfer without a reset. The module then supports full load for at least 5 minutes, or about 20 minutes at quarter load, covering generator start or controlled workload migration.
VB-5125 is rated for at least 6,000 cycles at 25 °C and 80% depth of discharge. Real service life depends on temperature and cycling depth; the BMS logs behaviour so replacement timing can be planned on data instead of assumptions.
A 5-year standard warranty applies across the product line. Cycle- and throughput-based terms are written in the warranty statement included with every quotation, so what counts as coverage is explicit before you order.
Precision matters. Our cells are UN 38.3 tested (Test Summary available on request); packs are designed and tested to IEC 62619; VB-5125 follows a UL 1973 certification path through accredited labs; finished units are CE marked with a Declaration of Conformity available. We avoid the word certified where no third-party certificate exists — and recommend holding every supplier to the same standard.
All lithium battery products ship as Class 9 dangerous goods. Each shipment carries the document pack: UN 38.3 Test Summary, MSDS, Class 9 transport documentation and a drop test report. We prepare the paperwork per shipment, not per product line.
Both work. Air freight follows IATA PI965 / PI966; sea freight follows IMDG. Sea is the default for volume orders on cost; air is used for samples and urgent gaps. State your destination and schedule in the RFQ and we quote both.
Standard models start at 10 to 50 units depending on the model. Custom enclosure, BMS logic or branding under OEM/ODM is quoted as project NRE plus unit price, with MOQ set per project. Engineering samples are supported for qualified programs.
Yes. Engineering samples are built on the production line and ship with the same QC records as volume units, typically 2 to 4 weeks after the specification is frozen.
Samples: 2 to 4 weeks after spec freeze. Mass production: 4 to 8 weeks per batch, confirmed at order placement. Class 9 logistics adds transit time on top, which we plan with you at order stage.
VB-5125 and VB-H400 speak CAN 2.0B and RS485 Modbus, with SNMP for DCIM integration; VB-E3 adds PMBus telemetry for in-server monitoring. SOC estimation runs at about 0.5% accuracy with cell-level voltage and temperature acquisition.
VB-5125 charges from 0 to 55 °C and discharges from -20 to 60 °C, with a self-heating variant for sites that store at -40 °C. VB-E3 is specified from -5 to 45 °C and uses cold-plate liquid cooling inside liquid-cooled servers.
Parallel VB-5125 units coordinate over CAN: the BMS balances charge and discharge current across the group and isolates any unit that drifts out of bounds, so one weak module cannot drag the bus. Sharing behaviour is verified during validation against your load profile.
Plan replacement from BMS data, not the calendar: cycle count, capacity fade and cell imbalance are all logged. At rated conditions VB-5125 holds 80% capacity past 6,000 cycles; most sites set a state-of-health threshold and schedule swaps during maintenance windows.
