VoltBridge builds every BBU on a documented quality chain: incoming cell grading, weld inspection, in-process testing, formation and aging, end-of-line verification and outgoing QC. Results are bound to batch and serial number — and travel with the shipment.
Each gate has written acceptance criteria and a record. A unit does not advance on schedule pressure alone — it advances when the gate data says so.
Incoming 21700 LFP cells are verified against datasheet limits, capacity-graded and matched into groups, so every pack starts from cells with aligned capacity and internal resistance.
Interconnect weld joints are inspected against workmanship criteria before modules are closed; connection and torque records are kept per unit.
Semi-finished packs are checked for voltage, polarity, insulation and BMS communication before final assembly, so defects are caught before they are enclosed.
Modules are formed and cycled on aging racks. Capacity retention and self-discharge behaviour are recorded and compared against acceptance limits.
Finished units repeat full functional tests — capacity, protection response, telemetry and insulation — with results bound to the serial number.
Before shipment, outgoing QC samples each batch against the release checklist and issues the certificate of conformance with the shipping document pack.
What we test, the method basis each test is run to, and the documentation each result produces. Documentation is issued with the batch or on request — never as a promise.

Quality claims are only as good as the benches that produce them. The VoltBridge lab runs the gates above in-house, on production hardware, at production volume.
