Two documents govern how we handle your data and your orders. Both are kept short on purpose — if anything reads unclear, ask and we will rewrite it.

Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you inquire through the form, by email or during a call, VoltBridge operations receives the details you choose to share: name, company, email address, country or region, product interest, estimated annual volume and project notes. If we proceed toward a shipment, we also collect the commercial details required for lithium battery transport documents — consignee information and delivery address. We do not collect payment card data through this website.
How we use it
Inquiry data is used to prepare quotations, run engineering evaluations, plan samples and execute orders — including customs and Class 9 transport paperwork. It may also be used to follow up on an open quotation. It is not used for unrelated marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making.
When we share it
We do not sell or rent inquiry data. Information is shared only with the parties needed to serve your program: freight forwarders and carriers who handle UN 38.3 shipping documents, accredited testing or certification laboratories where a certification path is part of your quotation, and public authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Business records are kept as long as the relationship requires — quotation, delivery, warranty support and legally mandated record-keeping. Inquiry data with no order behind it is deleted upon request, or after a reasonable period of inactivity.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to sales@ems-bbu.com. Requests are handled by VoltBridge operations in Shenzhen, China. This website runs on minimal, functional cookies only — no advertising trackers.
Terms of Sale
Quotations and orders
Quotations are issued in writing and carry a validity period stated on the document. An order becomes binding when confirmed by a signed proforma invoice (PI) referencing the agreed specification. The product datasheet attached to the PI locks the technical scope; in case of conflict, the PI and datasheet prevail over earlier correspondence.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is quoted per project and depends on capacity, configuration, volume and compliance scope. Terms are typically FOB Shenzhen or Ningbo (Incoterms 2020); DDP can be quoted for EU and US destinations. Payment follows the schedule stated on the PI.
Delivery and lead times
Engineering samples typically build in 2–4 weeks; production batches in 4–8 weeks after validation. Lead times are quoted against current cell supply and are reconfirmed at order entry. If a schedule slips, you are informed promptly with a revised plan. Risk passes at the Incoterms point named on the PI.
Warranty and documents
Products carry a 5-year limited warranty as detailed in the product warranty sheet. The warranty excludes misuse, unauthorized modification and operation outside datasheet limits. Every shipment travels with its lithium battery document chain — UN 38.3 Test Summary, MSDS and drop-test report — so your forwarder can book Class 9 freight without guesswork.
Compliance wording and language
We state only what we can document: cells are UN 38.3 tested; products are designed and tested to IEC 62619, CE marked with Declaration of Conformity, and RoHS/REACH compliant; UL 1973 and UL 9540A paths are quoted per product and destination market. The English version of these terms governs, and disputes are first addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
